အသုံးပြုပုံ။ ။ လိုအပ်သော ပမာဏကို ညစ်ယူပြီးနောက် ခြောက်သွေ့နေသော အသားအရည်ပေါ်သို့ ဖြန့်ကျက်ကာ မိတ်ကပ်နှင့် အဆီအညစ်အကြေးများကို ပျော်ဝင်အောင် ၂မိနစ်ခန့်ထားရှိပါ။ ထို့နောက် ရေအနည်းငယ်ဖြင့် မျက်နှာပေါ်တွင် စက္ကန့် ၃၀ ခန့် ပွတ်တိုက်ပြီးနောက် ရေဖြင့်ဆေးကြောပေးပါ။
